The event, brought together in-house guests and wellness enthusiasts for an immersive one-hour journey of sound and mindfulness.

Surrounded by the calming ambiance and gentle poolside breezes, attendees were guided through a meditative experience featuring seven-chakra sound healing.

Each sound bowl corresponded to a specific energy center, root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third-eye and crown chakra, delivering vibrations and frequencies that created deep relaxation, mental clarity, and inner balance.
