Dwyma Adinatha, also known as Dwymabim, collaborated with Daur Tera to showcase eco-friendly installations and discuss the “Recycling Movement,” which promotes sustainable art practices.

The festival included demonstrations of recycling machines and recycled plastic design pieces, exemplifying the synergy between creativity and sustainability, advocating for a more environmentally friendly future.

Showcasing Indonesia’s rich and diverse culture, the Powerful Indonesia Festival 2025 featured an exciting lineup of performers, opening with a special ceremony featuring Kecak.

Kobagi, a community ensemble from Bali revitalizing the traditional Kecak dance with modern elements, and Ayu Laksmi, who presented a transcendent musical performance that blended Balinese and Indonesian traditions with ambient and world music.

The stage then continued with a dynamic DJ session by DJ Rika, DJ Richart Volx, DJ Alya, and DJ Pepe, who showcased their unique styles, ranging from vintage record culture to eclectic sets of classic rock, soul, and funk.

Over the two days, guests participate in hands-on masterclasses, meet exhibitors, and experience installations that transform recycled materials into functional works of art.

Participating brands included Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) supported by Bank Central Asia (BCA) and artisans from the resort’s Asha Curated Boutique & Gallery, which featured renowned brands such as HANDEP, Pithecanthropus Bali, Tenun Setia Cap Cili, I Wayan Puspa, Tarum Bali, Uluwatu Lace, and many more.

As part of the Indonesia Berdaya 2025 Festival, The Apurva Kempinski Bali held a special ceremony to honor Indonesian veterans, recognizing their courage, sacrifice, and dedication to the nation.

This tribute was given to these distinguished individuals, who have shaped the nation’s history through their service. A special poem, composed from the veterans’ memories, was recited to highlight their struggles and heroism.

“The Powerful Indonesia 2025 Festival is a celebration of Indonesia’s dynamic spirit,” said Vincent Guironnet, General Manager of The Apurva Kempinski Bali, on Sunday, August 17, 2025.

The event began with a moment of silence and formal tribute, followed by poetry readings accompanied by soft music. Each veteran was named and presented with a medal, symbolizing the nation’s immense gratitude.

“Indonesia’s diversity is an essential part of its strength. This festival showcases the nation’s rich heritage through the talents of its maestros, artists, and craftspeople, uniting creativity and tradition,” he said.
