MANGUPURA, balitourismnow.com — Still missing a place to celebrate the season? This festive season, Alila Seminyak captures the spirit of celebration by the sea, blending tropical warmth with the resort’s signature coastal elegance.
Framed by the golden sands and rhythmic waves of Seminyak Beach, the resort invites guests to enjoy a series of captivating culinary and lifestyle experiences designed to awaken the senses and rekindle togetherness.
“The festive season at Alila Seminyak is an invitation to relax and enjoy life by the sea,” said Alila Seminyak General Manager, Christiane Ferger, on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
The celebratory journey begins at Seasalt Seminyak, Bali’s most iconic coastal restaurant, renowned for its sustainable menu that emphasizes seafood with Japanese influences and global creativity.
From December 1st to 23rd, guests are invited to celebrate the end of the year with the Seasalt Festive Group Party Dinner, available from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
For a very special price, guests receive a festive, gathering-style menu designed to bring together colleagues, friends, and loved ones in a relaxed beachside setting.
On Christmas Eve, this pioneering restaurant presents the Seasalt Coastal Brunch, a festive celebration featuring a variety of exquisite dishes, live entertainment, and a festive visit from Santa.
As night falls, the Festive Dinner invites guests to enjoy a Christmas-themed set menu that pays homage to the best of Indonesian cuisine, both from land and sea, with à la carte options also available.
Guests can also celebrate at the Christmas Eve Party at the Beach Bar, where a festive BBQ menu is served from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM as the sun sets.
The festivities continue on Christmas Day with the Seasalt Christmas Brunch, where carols from a Christmas choir, live entertainment, and a visit from Santa add a magical touch.
While enjoying the festivities, guests can head to the Christmas Party at the Beach Bar, which features a festive BBQ menu and a beachside ice cream corner. The evening concludes with a Festive Dinner, available as a set menu or à la carte.
As the sun finally sets on the horizon, Alila Seminyak invites guests to celebrate 2026 with a six-course New Year’s Eve: the Rhythm & Reef Wagyu and Lobster Set Menu at Seasalt.
The evening begins with a Garden Bouquet with Packham Pear Chutney, followed by Kombu Hokkaido Scallops, and a main course of Wagyu and Lobster with Raclette Cheese and Wild Morel Mushrooms.
A luxurious cheese experience featuring six artisanal cheese varieties will follow, before the festivities continue with the Countdown Party at the Beach Bar, where live jazz performances, pop-up food stalls, handcrafted cocktails, and fireworks over the Indian Ocean mark the start of a glorious year.
The festivities continue the next day, with guests invited to witness the First Sunset of the Year at the Beach Bar, where live music creates an atmosphere of new year celebrations and coastal tranquility.
Beyond dining, Alila Seminyak celebrates creativity and community through a collaboration with Membumi, a women-run social enterprise preserving the pottery traditions of Binoh Village in West Denpasar.
Guests can purchase an exclusive Painted Clay Set, crafted from wild brown clay by local artisans—a meaningful keepsake that can be painted on-site or taken home and used as a seed container, reflecting the natural beauty and artistry of Bali.
Meanwhile, Play Alila invites young guests and families to a fun program of daily workshops from December 22nd to January 5th, featuring festive crafts, tree decorations, and upcycled creations, as well as cozy movie nights from December 24th to 30th.
For those seeking balance amidst the festivities, morning beachside yoga, pranayama sessions, and sound baths offer moments of rejuvenation.
Meanwhile, Spa Alila completes the experience with signature treatments designed to restore calm and clarity as the year draws to a close.
“It’s about true connection—between people, places, and moments—with experiences that capture the effortless rhythm and warmth of the island,” says Christiane Ferger. [oko]
