Guests can begin their iftar with traditional takjil such as dates, kolak pisang (banana in coconut milk), assorted fritters, and traditional market sweets, followed by hearty main courses.
These including Rawon (East Javanese black beef soup), Opor Ayam (chicken in coconut gravy), Grilled Fish with sambal dabu-dabu, Balinese Chicken Soup, as well as a variety of regional rice and noodle dishes.
Two rotating menu selections are offered to provide variety throughout the season, complemented by a live Mie Godog station, freshly prepared to enhance the warm and communal dining atmosphere.
Nusantara Iftar is priced affordably, and includes unlimited iced tea and mineral water. A minimum 24-hour advance reservation is required to ensure a seamless dining experience.
