MANGUPURA, balitourismnow.com – Are you vacationing in Bali? Come to Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak, and immerse yourself in the celebration of Oktoberfest 2026. Oktoberfest, one of the world’s most renowned beer and German cultural celebrations, is being held at the Above Rooftop Lounge & Bar.
Oktoberfest officially opened on Thursday, October 8, 2026, featuring the Balinese Feast × Beer Flight. This event showcases three beer selections as the centerpiece of a flavor journey paired with authentic Balinese dishes.
Furthermore, the Balinese Feast × Beer Flight will take place every Saturday on October 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM WITA at the Above Rooftop Lounge & Bar, Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak.
“Through this Oktoberfest celebration, we want to make the beer flight the core of the experience while offering an interpretation close to Four Points’ character. Each beer selection is paired with authentic Balinese flavors to create a distinct culinary journey in a relaxed atmosphere at Above Rooftop Lounge & Bar,” said Franklyn Kocek, Multi-Property General Manager of Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak and Fairfield by Marriott Bali, South Kuta.
As the afternoon stretches on, invited guests are invited to enjoy a game of Beer Pong—a test of skill throwing ping-pong balls into cups filled with beer or water.
Guests who successfully sink three out of six balls receive a voucher from Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak. The game is not about winning or losing, but rather about bringing people closer together.

When sunlight is replaced by warm lighting, guests are invited to take their seats at a long table to fully experience Oktoberfest.
This experience invites guests to explore the character of three selected beers through careful pairing with a series of Balinese dishes, all while enjoying a relaxed vibe and Seminyak’s sunset views.
“This event carries the spirit of Best Brews, Four Points’ signature program that connects guests with local character through beer and a relaxed ambiance. This Oktoberfest experience places the beer flight at the center of the culinary journey. Each beer is chosen to complement the flavor profile of the dishes served, ranging from appetizers and main courses to desserts,” explained Franklyn Kocek.
The journey begins with San Miguel Light, a light, crisp, and refreshing beer paired with a choice of Balinese appetizers. Guests can choose between Sate Be Pasih (Balinese-spiced fish satay with sambal matah) or Urutan Babi (Balinese pork sausage with sambal embe).
For the main course, El Diablo IPA delivers a hoppy and aromatic character paired with rich, spice-infused Balinese main dishes. Guests can choose from Roasted Ayam Betutu with sambal matah, Balinese Pork Belly with sambal terasi, or Tum Be Pasih with sambal kecombrang.
To conclude, Kura-Kura Island Ale offers a tropical and fruity profile paired with Kue Putu, completing the dessert with notes of coconut, palm sugar, and mango.
“Every weekend, this experience will also be accompanied by live acoustic music, creating a relaxed setting for guests to enjoy their beer flight and Balinese dishes against the backdrop of Seminyak’s sunset,” Franklyn Kocek added.
Agus Hery Sutyawan, Assistant F&B Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak, stated that each beer possesses a unique character, making the pairings specially designed to highlight those qualities.
“San Miguel Light brings freshness to the appetizers, El Diablo IPA provides a hoppy and aromatic character that complements the main courses, while Kura-Kura Island Ale adds a tropical and fruity touch to the desserts,” said Agus Hery Sutyawan. [buda]
