With over a decade of experience in hospitality training and human resources, Renny brings not only a strong foundation in people development but also a heartfelt dedication to nurturing talent.
Her arrival signals the resort’s commitment to cultivating a workplace rooted in care, growth, and excellence, values that align seamlessly with Renny’s own passion for meaningful, long-term employee development.
Renny’s career journey has been marked by dynamic roles across several prestigious brands. Most recently, she served as Bali – Lombok Area Training Manager, leading regional training strategies over the past four years.
Prior to that, she honed her expertise as Training Manager at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort and Pullman Bali Legian Nirwana, as well as HR & Training Manager at one notable hotel also in Bali.
Her combined hands-on operational knowledge and strategic leadership make her a valuable asset to the Movenpick Bali team.
Known for her warm, approachable leadership style and her ability to communicate effectively, Renny is admired for creating positive learning environments that boost engagement and motivation.
She believes in supporting the emotional needs of team members to foster sustainable growth and satisfaction. “I wish to be in a work that can grow people and support their emotional needs,” she shared.
At Movenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali, her goal is to enhance employee (in Accor they called as “Heartist”) satisfaction, empowering the team to deliver heartfelt service that reflects the brand’s spirit of hospitality.
Outside of her professional life, Renny recently celebrated her birthday on 17 March and is a proud mother of twin daughters who will be entering university this year.
“That way, we can create long-term assistance for their development,” she called it friendly.
She finds joy in life’s simple rhythms, keeping a tidy, minimally furnished home, enjoying quality time with her family on weekend escapes, while indulging the local’s favorite: The Beachside Lumpia, or visiting her parents.
