With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Saraswati brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to her new role at this wellness-inspired resort, located in the heart of Bali’s cultural and spiritual center.
“I began my journey in the hospitality industry in 1998, and since then I have built a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and operations,” said Saraswati affably.
Her expertise in the meetings and events segment, as well as leadership roles at several renowned hospitality brands, have shaped her into the dynamic and people-oriented leader she is today.
Her journey with Marriott International began in 2013 at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, where she served as Group Director of Sales before being promoted to Director of Sales & Marketing in 2019.
Embracing a broader leadership path, Saras transitioned to operations in 2023 and most recently served as Executive Assistant Manager, Rooms.
