GIANYAR, balitourismnow.com – In commemoration of International Self-Care Day, The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali presents ‘Scents of Self-Care,’ a calming and immersive wellness experience.

This collaboration is a collaboration with Utama Spice, a leading Balinese brand known for its natural aromatherapy and beauty products inspired by traditional Balinese medicine.

“This one-day activation will take place on Friday, July 25, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Yoga Pavilion, The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali,” said Nadya Chendana, Marketing Communications Manager of the Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, on Saturday, July 12, 2025.

The event unfolds through a series of mindful rituals. Guests will begin with a DIY aromatherapy candle session, creating their own candles using pure essential oils and natural botanical ingredients from Utama Spice.

“The session continues with a guided meditation led by a certified wellness instructor, offering a moment of calm and inner balance,” said Nadya Chendana.

The afternoon concludes with a restorative aromatherapy massage demonstration, where guests can enjoy a short shoulder, foot, or hand massage—each designed to relieve tension and awaken the senses.

“We believe the use of Utama Spice products throughout the experience adds authenticity and depth,” explains Nadya Chendana.
