Exquisite’s Best Restaurants & Bars 2026 Reveals The Winners

JAKARTA, balitourismnow.com – Year after year, Exquisite’s Best Restaurants & Bars spotlights some of the most esteemed dining and drinking destinations across Indonesia and Singapore.

The 2026 edition once again welcomed culinary masters, restaurateurs, industry leaders, tastemakers, and members of high society to celebrate the gold standard of gastronomy and mixology, this time at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place.

Culinary excellence and elite from across Indonesia and Singapore gathered at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place for the grand awards ceremony of Exquisite’s Best Restaurants & Bars 2026.

Among the esteemed judging panel were renowned chefs William Wongso, Rinrin Marinka, Yuda Bustara, Devina Hermawan, and Maurizio Bombini, accompanied by Exquisite Media CEO & Publisher Lenny Marlina Tanu.

Alongside bar judges Mirwansyah ‘Bule’ and Agung Satria Wibawa, the panel visited the ten restaurants and three bars that received the highest number of online votes, evaluating and scoring them to determine this year’s final rankings.

Congratulations to The cave by Chef Ryan Clift at The edge, Club Italiano at Grand Hyatt Jakarta, Koral Restaurant at The Apurva Kempinski Bali, Yakiniku Great, SKYE, La Floriane Bistro dan Sōng Xiāng Lóu at Mövenpick Hotel Jakarta City Centre, Boy’N’Cow Meat Boutique, Oscar, dan Royal Eight Chinese Dining at JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong for being recognised among the Top 10 Best Restaurants.

Meanwhile, 007 Cocktail & Whisky Bar, Adriana Cocina & Bar at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bali Jimbaran, and Cafe Cali at The Orient Jakarta, A Royal Hideaway Hotel were honoured among the Top 3 Best Bars.

Hosted by Kaemita Boediono and Danar Gumilang, the evening unfolded with vibrant energy and a convivial atmosphere. Each VIP table enjoyed a four-course dinner paired with wines, opening with a grand Food Parade.

“May this year be a year of culinary innovation, mixological creativity, and ever-rising standards that continue to elevate the food and drink scene in Indonesia and Asia,” said Lenny Marlina Tanu, founder and CEO of Exquisite Medi.

Performances by classical soprano singer Dessy Ananta and live band Jeko and the Bro complemented the evening, adding a theatrical flair to the celebration.

A collaboration between LUMMI Magazine, Bubah Alfian, and Reva Marchellin also presented a dazzling fashion showcase featuring 17 Puteri Indonesia contestants modelling couture collections by Jacob Will, Maison Baaz Couture, Yosafat Dwi Kurniawan, and Julianto, alongside jewellery from Passion Jewelry.
