Featured dishes at these live stations include Banyuwangi oysters paired with innovative condiments like Seasalt Mignonette, Nikkei Pepinillos Quinoa Salsa, and Ezme Nam Jim Spicy and Tamarind Sauce; seafood maki and dried fish sashimi; and corn-grilled chicken strips, slow-cooked herb sirloin, and the day’s fresh catch served with Balinese sambal.

Guests can also enjoy creative shareable dishes like Pineapple Pear Gazpacho with pickled oysters and Seafood Ceviche with avocado and coconut milk, as well as interactive stations offering Angus beef tacos, poke bowls, and rice and seafood rolls.
