Native’s Head Bartender Yong Wei will arrive in Bali a day early to forage in Syrco Base’s garden, sourcing fresh, organic ingredients to inspire the exclusive cocktails for the event.
On the night of the takeover, Yong Wei will join forces with Syrco Base’s Head Bartender Aris Sanjaya, who placed second in the world this year at Diageo World Class, will serve an extraordinary lineup of cocktails crafted exclusively with Nusa Cana Rum, blending Native’s innovative expertise with Bali’s vibrant local spirit.
Guests can look forward to savoring these unique creations:
Mango Ginger: A harmonious mix of whisky, mango ginger, and sweet basil, delivering a bright and refreshing profile.
Curry Leaf Gimlet: A sophisticated blend of coconut oil fat-washed Nusa Cana White Rum, curry leaf, and banana, offering a tropical twist on the classic gimlet.
Champorado Milkshake: A decadent concoction featuring Nusa Cana Coconut Rum, caramelized white chocolate, calamansi curd, and bonito garum, for a bold and indulgent experience.
Nana Thai: A zesty and spicy combination of Nusa Cana Spiced Rum, Thai-style ginger beer, kaffir lime leaves, and chili, evoking the flavors of Southeast Asia.
