The Apurva Kempinski Bali Hosts the 4th Edition of Path to Sustainable Growth 2026, Embracing the Theme “Regeneration for the Future”

MANGUPURA, balitourismnow.com – The Apurva Kempinski Bali is set to host the fourth annual Path to Sustainable Growth (PTSG) 2026 conference on June 24, 2026, at the Candi Ballroom.

This year’s one-day conference carries the theme “Regeneration for the Future,” marking the evolution of the event from a sustainability-focused dialogue into a broader platform for regenerative action across industries.

The announcement was made during a press conference held at The Apurva Kempinski Bali on June 9, 2026. The event featured key speakers including Vincent Guironnet, General Manager of The Apurva Kempinski Bali, alongside Desak Intan, Director of Hygiene, Safety and Sustainability; Charles Octoriano Seran, PR & Marketing Manager; Alistair Speirs, MVB Sustainability Consultant; and Jeremia Dhany Setiawan Siahaan, Regional Funding & Retail Representative from Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI).

The discussion was moderated by Danti Yuliandari, who skillfully guided the conversation and encouraged speakers to provide clear insights into the objectives and significance of the upcoming conference.

“This conference is designed to bring together leaders, practitioners, innovators, students, and sustainability-focused organizations to exchange knowledge, strengthen collaboration, and develop long-term solutions that create meaningful impact,” said Charles Octoriano Seran, PR & Marketing Manager of The Apurva Kempinski Bali.

Building on the resort’s position as the first hotel in Indonesia to receive the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) certification, Path to Sustainable Growth 2026 expands its focus beyond tourism to address sustainability as a shared responsibility across sectors, including hospitality, finance, agriculture, education, the creative economy, and other key industries.

Following the strong interest and positive reception of the 2025 edition, which brought together more than 250 industry professionals and practitioners, the 2026 conference aims to transform dialogue into measurable impact.

The program is structured around four strategic pillars: Reuse, Revitalize Life, Regenerate, and Rethink Resources. Designed as a leading platform for cross-industry collaboration, Path to Sustainable Growth 2026 recognizes that future challenges cannot be solved in isolation.

Seeds of Change: Empowering Future Innovators

The impact of the conference extends far beyond the final panel discussion. Seeds of Change, an eight-week incubation and mentorship program under the Path to Sustainable Growth 2026 framework, is designed to identify, nurture, and fund Indonesia’s most promising university students and early-stage startups working at the intersection of regenerative tourism and sustainable innovation.

The initiative expands PTSG beyond a one-day summit into a platform for long-term impact while helping cultivate the next generation of changemakers who will advance the regenerative movement.

Launched in May through an open call for applications, the program invited student teams and early-stage startups to submit their CVs and essays as part of a grant application process.

In June, ten selected applicants will be invited to attend the summit and participate in the eight-week incubation program. Running from July to August, participants will undergo a structured curriculum covering mentorship, business development, sustainability strategy, and impact refinement.

The program will culminate in August with the submission of final business plans—developed from participants’ initial essays and incubation journey—followed by the announcement of the winners.

Grant funding will be awarded to the top two teams, with the first-place winner receiving IDR 50 million and the second-place winner receiving IDR 20 million.

Participation and Registration

Path to Sustainable Growth 2026 is open to professionals, sustainability-focused brands, hospitality and tourism leaders, students, industry practitioners, and organizations committed to advancing responsible and regenerative growth.

“The Apurva Kempinski Bali welcomes visionary partners and organizations to participate in Path to Sustainable Growth 2026 through sponsorship opportunities,” added Charles Octoriano Seran.

The program offers a strategic platform for brands seeking to align with credible sustainability initiatives in Bali, gain meaningful visibility, and contribute to measurable long-term impact. [oko]
