DENPASAR, balitourismnow.com – Nestled in the tranquil and family-friendly neighborhood of Sanur, 7.AM 7.PM introduces a coffee experience that blends specialty coffee, artisanal pastries, and tropical-inspired architecture.
The café’s warm wooden interiors, accented with black steel structures and lush greenery, create an inviting atmosphere where guests can relax, work, or simply enjoy the slower pace of Bali’s east coast.
Located on Jalan Segara Ayu, Denpasar, the new venue offers seating for up to 100 guests across both indoor and outdoor areas.
Designed with comfort and functionality in mind, 7.AM 7.PM Sanur caters to digital professionals, travelers, and local residents seeking a welcoming space to enjoy quality coffee and freshly baked pastries.
According to Gary Foster, General Manager of 7.AM 7.PM, the Sanur location marks the brand’s fourth outlet, following the successful openings in Pererenan (Canggu), Uma Alas, and Ubud.
The expansion reflects the company’s confidence in Sanur as one of Bali’s growing lifestyle destinations.
“Our Sanur outlet is the fourth addition to the 7.AM 7.PM family. We see great potential here, not only among international visitors but also local residents. Across our existing outlets, around 70 to 80 percent of our customers are Balinese locals,” Gary Foster said during a media gathering on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.

One of the café’s signature features is its open-kitchen concept, made possible through floor-to-ceiling glass walls. Guests can watch chefs and baristas prepare every order in real time, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to transparency, quality, and craftsmanship.
For those who prefer an outdoor setting, the café also features a glass-roof pavilion that allows natural sunlight to flood the space throughout the day.
White pebble pathways, tropical landscaping, and handcrafted wooden furniture complement the relaxed coastal atmosphere, creating an environment that reflects Sanur’s distinctive charm.
“We want our guests to experience the natural beauty of Bali. That’s why we’ve incorporated gardens and greenery throughout the property as part of our commitment to preserving the island’s character,” Gary Foster explained.
While the Sanur outlet serves the brand’s signature menu, it also introduces several selections tailored specifically to local tastes and the area’s customer profile.
“We opened in Sanur because we wanted to be closer to our customers and provide easier access to the 7.AM 7.PM experience,” he added.
Beyond coffee and dining, Gary Foster emphasized that the company’s philosophy is built around positive energy, genuine hospitality, and sustainable growth.
“We believe that when we consistently deliver our best service every day, good things naturally come back to us. Our goal is to grow alongside the local community and contribute positively to Bali’s economy,” he said.
The name 7.AM 7.PM reflects two defining moments of the day. 7.AM symbolizes the beginning of a productive morning—when people start their day with breakfast and coffee—while 7.PM represents the perfect time to unwind and conclude the day in a relaxed atmosphere.
The company also prioritizes sourcing locally whenever possible, from ingredients and vendors to operational resources, as part of its commitment to supporting Bali’s economy and local producers.
“We make every effort to work with local suppliers and use locally sourced products whenever possible. It’s our way of supporting and appreciating Bali’s local businesses,” Gary Foster said.
This commitment extends to employing local talent and collaborating with farmers and producers across the island. Foster believes that sustainable business growth should create shared opportunities for the surrounding community.
Assistant Outlet Manager Oscar Christi added that while Sanur will continue offering the brand’s most popular menu items, several new dishes and beverages have been developed to suit the preferences of guests in the area.
“Our priority is to maintain the excellent service standards that define 7.AM 7.PM. We aspire to become one of Bali’s leading names in hospitality,” Oscar Christi said.
7.AM 7.PM Sanur is scheduled to officially open to the public on Sunday, July 26, 2026. As the brand’s fourth outlet, the new location represents another milestone in its expansion while remaining rooted in the local culture, hospitality, and community values that have shaped its identity from the beginning.
