KLEO Seminyak Debuts the First JdV by Hyatt Hotel in Southeast Asia

MANGUPURA, balitourismnow.com – Tired of staying at the same old hotels? Here’s something new. KLEO Seminyak officially opened on July 20, 2025, marking the debut of the JdV by Hyatt brand in Southeast Asia.

KLEO Seminyak is located in the heart of Seminyak, a dynamic area known for its world-class restaurants, charming bars, elegant boutiques, exquisite spas, and sun-drenched beach clubs.

KLEO Seminyak is the ideal boutique hotel for travelers who enjoy being in the center of the action. Just minutes from one of Seminyak’s most popular beaches, Petitenget Beach, KLEO Seminyak is inspired by the charming atmosphere of its surroundings.

“We are thrilled to welcome guests to KLEO Seminyak, introducing the distinctive spirit of the JdV by Hyatt brand to Southeast Asia, specifically Bali,” said Christiane Ferger, General Manager of KLEO Seminyak, on Friday, July 31, 2025.

Launching in Bali, KLEO Seminyak brings the free-spirited essence of the JdV by Hyatt brand to the region, presenting a unique and engaging destination in a bustling coastal area.

Ferger emphasized that the hotel is designed to encourage genuine connection and self-expression, embodying the JdV by Hyatt ethos of “joie de vivre” – a celebration of the joy of life.

KLEO Seminyak features 60 guestrooms styled with a sleek yet nuanced mid-century modern aesthetic, each featuring a distinctive style with eclectic colors and artistic touches.

Common spaces, including a sophisticated rooftop lounge and various social hubs, are designed to encourage spontaneous interaction and shared discovery.

From lively social events and sunset parties to late-night lounging and cool rooftop drinks, every aspect of KLEO Seminyak is geared toward creating an unforgettable experience.

The hotel’s culinary heart is Zia Tina, led by renowned chef Maurizio Bombini, one of Bali’s most innovative Italian chefs.

Taking its name from the Italian word “Zia,” meaning “Auntie,” Zia Tina embodies the warmth, intimacy, and energy of an Italian aunt—the kind that makes you want to grab a second helping, refill your wine before you know it, and leaves everyone feeling satisfied and happy.

“The restaurant brings the authentic ‘Masseria lifestyle’ to Seminyak—inspired by traditional Puglia farmhouses where community and fresh, local ingredients are integral to everyday life,” explains Christiane Ferger.

Serving traditional Italian cuisine with a playful twist, the menu highlights handmade pasta, thin-crust pizzas, grilled meats, and farm-to-table dishes featuring seasonal ingredients sourced from Bali and Italy.

“Guests can enjoy Puglia specialties like slow-cooked orecchiette and ragù, complemented by aperitivi and classic wines,” she added.

Rooftop Social perches above the district, providing a lush Riviera-style escape, reimagined for balmy Balinese evenings.

This is KLEO Seminyak’s signature destination for socializing, poolside lounging, exciting events, and a nostalgic, vintage nightlife, making it the perfect spot to enjoy Seminyak’s famous golden sunsets.
