Third, Challenges & Risks: Addressing influencer mobility in Bali, vendor education, and maximizing the platform’s value for influencers, vendors, and Daisy/Sama Sama Space.

Fourth, Growth Opportunities: Leveraging gamification, peer review, and community-driven campaigns to build loyalty and scalability.

Fifth, Embracing AI: to clearly identify Sama Sama’s customer personas (vendors and influencers) and target them with efficient offers through targeted media activation early in the sales cycle; and training existing businesses with live data to help optimize platform automation to instill credibility in crowdsourcing and reduce over-reliance on Sonia.

Sixth, Next Steps: Drive a mobile-first MVP, gamification-based influencer onboarding, build an MVP, identify personas, and then consider regional expansion to markets like Vietnam and Thailand.
