From Frights to Family Fun: Experience Festival of Thrills at Resorts World Sentosa

JAKARTA, balitourismnow.com – Resorts World Sentosa (RWS, 圣淘沙名胜世界), Singapore’s integrated resort bringing together attractions, hospitality, dining, lifestyle and entertainment, is set to present Universal Studios Singapore Halloween Horror Nights 14 from 25 September to 1 November 2026, bringing an electrifying season of after-dark frights and immersive entertainment to guests from Southeast Asia and beyond.

As the marquee Halloween offering within RWS’ Festival of Thrills, Halloween Horror Nights 14 invites guests to step into a world of horror through haunted houses, scare zones and live entertainment designed to deliver an unforgettable night of thrills.

Across RWS, Festival of Thrills brings together a diverse line-up of seasonal experiences, offering Indonesian travellers a compelling reason to discover Singapore beyond the familiar. Alongside Halloween Horror Nights 14, the resort-wide programme features Into the Glowcean at Singapore Oceanarium, where marine life meets light and art; motorsport-themed experiences at WEAVE; attractive deals and promotions; and a host of other experiences for guests of all ages.

Together, these experiences showcase RWS as a destination where entertainment, exploration and excitement come together in one integrated resort.

Universal Studios Singapore Halloween Horror Nights 14 Brings Singapore’s Most Terrifying Secrets to Life

Taking centre stage as the marquee Halloween offering of Festival of Thrills, Universal Studios Singapore Halloween Horror Nights returns for its 14th year with a chilling line-up of original horror experiences.

Running across 18 select nights from 25 September to 1 November 2026, Southeast Asia’s biggest Halloween event will transform Universal Studios Singapore after dark with four haunted houses, two immersive scare zones, three live shows and an all-new roving scare experience.

Inspired by Asian folklore, urban legends and twisted takes on familiar Singapore icons, this year’s haunted houses include Singapore’s Most Haunted: On Air, Karang Guni: The Cursed Collection, Made in Hell: XL Robotics and Chatterbox Charlie’s Vaudeville Horrors.

Guests can venture beyond the haunted houses into two immersive scare zones: The Raveyard, a neon-drenched graveyard where undead partygoers rise to finish the party that death cut short, and Necropolis: The Serpent’s Crossroads, an Ancient Egypt-inspired realm where destinies are traded and souls are bartered.

Three live shows raise the intensity with music, mayhem and theatrical spectacle. The returning opening Scaremony follows thrill-seeking streamers who unwittingly unleash sinister entities across the park.

At Club PanDEMONium, guests descend into hell’s hottest club, where only the most sinful can survive the wrath of KHAOS, a theatrical demon who passes judgement on souls.

Over at The Raveyard, Nail the Beat introduces Ponti-Ana – a brand-new character inspired by the legendary Pontianak who is equal parts terrifying and cute – alongside the ghostly Fatimah Rockers and Universal Studios Japan Halloween Horror Nights icon HamiKuma, making his first appearance at Universal Studios Singapore.

Beyond the Scares, Thrills for All Ages

Beyond the after-dark scares, a different side of Festival of Thrills comes to life across RWS.

From the roar of motorsport at WEAVE from 13 September to 12 October to daytime family-friendly Halloween fun at Universal Studios Singapore with Trick or Thrills until 1 November, guests can enjoy the season in more ways than one.

The programme also features the new Belloween Ball starring the Minions and featuring the debut of Bride of Monster Bob.

For an artistic immersive experience, Into the Glowcean at Singapore Oceanarium transforms the oceanarium into a luminous underwater world.

Meanwhile, Adventure Cove Waterpark invites families to dive into interactive adventures with Legend Keepers: The Ocean Spirit Awakens and Pool Party Panic, while WEAVE joins the Halloween celebrations with trick-or-treating on selected days in October.

Ms Lena Lee, Executive Vice President, Attractions and Destination Experience, RWS, said:

“Indonesia is one of Resorts World Sentosa’s top international visitor markets, and we continue to see strong interest in convenient getaways that bring together a variety of experiences in one destination. This year’s Festival of Thrills makes a trip to Singapore even more rewarding, as guests can enjoy everything from the adrenaline-pumping scares of Universal Studios Singapore Halloween Horror Nights 14 to family-friendly attractions, dining, entertainment and lifestyle experiences across RWS. We look forward to welcoming Indonesian guests to create memorable moments with their friends and loved ones this electrifying season.”

To make the seasonal line-up more accessible to Indonesian travellers planning a longer stay, RWS offers a range of selected ticketing packages and bundles that bring together key Festival of Thrills experiences.

For families planning a longer stay, the Family Thrills Package offers a convenient 3D2N getaway at Equarius Hotel or Hotel Ora, with breakfast for two adults and two children, one complimentary extra bed, daily minibar replenishment, complimentary parking and a Resorts World Sentosa Gift Voucher per stay.
