DENPASAR, balitourismnow.com – The Bali Sales and Marketing Community (BASCOMM) held a comprehensive half-day workshop titled “Navigating Growth, Market Trends, and Revenue Optimization” for the hospitality industry. The workshop took place at the Bali Sunset Road Convention Center on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
More than 300 industry professionals attended the workshop, which focused on strategies to drive growth, conversion, and revenue.
“BASCOMM is committed to empowering the hospitality industry with the latest market trends and expert knowledge to win in this highly competitive industry,” said Putu Arisudhiana, Chairman of BASCOMM, during the event.
The workshop featured leading speakers who shared their expertise on key topics such as market trends in Bali, distribution channels, visibility, and revenue management.
The speakers, Krishna Arya, General Manager of Trip.com Indonesia, brought his extensive knowledge of the travel industry to the workshop, providing insights on how to optimize online presence and drive bookings.
The second speaker, Henki Tjhang, Director of Revenue and Distribution at Ayodya Resort Bali, shared his expertise in revenue management and distribution strategies, helping participants maximize their revenue potential.
The third speaker, Royce Sebastian, Sales and Marketing Manager at BookingToGo, discussed the latest trends in online bookings and how to leverage technology to increase visibility and drive sales.
The fourth speaker, Prayoga Handayaprana, Regional Head of STAAH for Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines, provided valuable insights on how to optimize revenue opportunities and stay ahead in the competitive hospitality landscape.
