More than just a dinner, “The Longest Table” is conceived as a special annual event that fuses culinary artistry, scenography, and storytelling into one unforgettable evening. Centered on the theme “one table, one sunset, one full moon,” the event brings together 120 guests at a single, continuous long table, fostering natural conversation as they share a communal dining experience.
The event features a special three-course tasting menu crafted exclusively for the evening, showcasing premium ingredients, elegant presentation, and a meticulous balance of flavors.
Each course is served simultaneously along the length of the table, ensuring that every guest shares the same moment from start to finish.
Candlelight, the sound of the ocean, and the full moon create a serene atmosphere where the surrounding environment becomes an integral part of the dining experience itself.
