(“SJM”) and Whisky Magazine are hosting an international whisky event titled “Whisky Live & Fine Spirits Macau 2025.” The event will take place on Friday and Saturday, November 28-29, 2025, at the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau (“Grand Lisboa Palace”).
Whisky Live & Fine Spirits Macau 2025 builds on last year’s incredible success. This year’s edition expands in scale and depth, providing a more immersive and diverse experience for whisky lovers.
Guests can enjoy over 500 premium whiskies from over 80 brands worldwide, interact directly with whisky experts, and enjoy a multi-sensory journey where fine spirits, craft cocktails, live music, and gourmet cuisine combine in one extraordinary celebration.

Asia Bar Show — A Star-Studded Lineup
This year, the event features the Asia Bar Show, showcasing 12 of the region’s best bars. The centerpiece is Mesa Bar, located at THE KARL LAGERFELD MACAU, helmed by Frederick Ma, Mixologist at the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort and the 2024 World’s Best Bartender at the IBA World Cocktail Championship. He will be serving a variety of innovative, luxurious, and distinctive signature cocktails.
From Hong Kong, Alibi – Wine, Dine, Be Social will also join the showcase, under the direction of Head Mixologist Jennifer Ho, winner of Hennessy My Way Hong Kong & Macau 2025.
She has earned the bar a spot among the Top 20 Cocktail Bars at the HK Bar Awards 2025. Two world-class mixologists will join other top Asian mixologists to showcase their skills, providing guests with an unforgettable tasting experience.

November 28 (Friday): Eugene Pao & Quartet. Hong Kong jazz legend Eugene Pao, the first Hong Kong jazz musician to sign with an international record label, takes the stage with his quartet.
Having collaborated with superstars like Michael Brecker and Herbie Hancock, Pao’s soulful jazz artistry promises to bring sophistication and elegance to Whisky Live.
November 29 (Saturday): Beat Friday
Popular Hong Kong DJ duo Beat Friday specializes in Canto Disco and retro Cantopop parties. Comprised of veteran music producer and songwriter INK and RTHK’s renowned club DJ Ballshing, they revamp classic Cantopop hits from the 1980s to 2000s with their own remixes and mashups, blending nostalgic tunes with fresh twists.
Their energetic set balances tradition and creativity, ensuring a performance full of unexpected surprises and unforgettable moments.
