The Iron Fairies Bali proudly introduces Randolf Armenia Douglas as the new Bar Manager, a leader who brings imagination and a deep passion for the world of mixology and nightlife to the home of the fairies.
Growing up as the second child of seven siblings, Randolf developed a strong sense of hard work, discipline, and responsibility from an early age.
Randolf’s interest in the mixology world began in late 2013, when he took on an internship at a nightclub.
It was there that he was first captivated by the art of flair bartending, the speed and precision of skilled bartenders, and the visual appeal behind every well-crafted drink.
That moment became a turning point, solidifying his decision to pursue a career in the mixology industry.
Inspired by influential figures such as Alexander Shtifanov, Simone Caporale, and Dritan Alsela, Randolf built his professional journey as a self-taught bartender through hands-on experience, observation, and exploration.
Now, at The Iron Fairies Bali, he carries a vision to develop a bar defined by strong beverage quality, both in flavor and presentation.
