JAKARTA, balitourismnow.com – Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) has announced Season of Joy, a resort-wide Christmas celebration running from 27 November 2026 to 3 January 2027.
This year, RWS combines Christmas traditions with the colours, music, creativity and popular culture of the Korean Wave (K-wave). The celebration offers fun experiences for families and friends throughout the day and into the evening.
Guests can explore Glowcean Wonderland at Singapore Oceanarium, enjoy A Universal Christmas at Universal Studios Singapore, experience K-pop activities at Adventure Cove Waterpark, and discover festive displays and entertainment at WEAVE. Seasonal dining, gifts and hotel stays will also add to the celebrations.
More Korean-inspired experiences will be announced throughout the festive season.
“Season of Joy brings the whole resort together for Christmas, with experiences to enjoy from day into night. This year, Korean influences add fresh energy through music, entertainment and culture while keeping the warmth and traditions of Christmas at its heart. Families and friends will have many ways to celebrate together, with more surprises to come,” said Ms Lena Lee, Executive Vice President, Attractions & Destination Experience, Resorts World Sentosa.
Seven Colours, Thousands of Wishes, One Christmas
At the heart of Season of Joy is Colours of our Wishes, a new festive experience that brings people’s wishes together.
Guests can choose from seven ribbon colours representing Love, Joy, Hope, Resilience, Dreams, Togetherness and New Beginnings. They can write a wish and add their ribbon to the festive installation. As more guests take part, thousands of wishes will come together to create a special Christmas display.

Guests who spend at least S$88 in up to two same-day receipts at WEAVE will receive a Gori-knot keychain in one of the seven colours, while stocks and applicable terms may apply.
A sparkling eight-metre Christmas tree will be the centrepiece of the celebrations, with festive installations across the resort. At WEAVE, guests can enjoy pop performances, weekend jazz, Christmas carols, balloon sculpting and family entertainment. Santa will also meet guests at the Holiday Audio Lounge, a festive living-room setting in the lead-up to Christmas.
At Grand Avenue, a giant gift box decorated with colourful baubles will provide another festive photo spot.
Discover Glowcean Wonderland
At Singapore Oceanarium, Glowcean Wonderland takes inspiration from the natural glow of marine life. Twinkling lights, ornaments and Christmas trees feature colours inspired by bioluminescent and fluorescent sea animals.
Guests can join Manja the Manta Ray on The Glowcean Journey, collecting stamps and discovering sea jellies, corals, sea stars and other marine life. The journey ends at the Heart of the Glowcean, where a glowing Christmas tree features marine animals discovered along the way.
In the evening, guests can enjoy a K-pop-themed Silent Disco with curated music playlists and Korean-inspired snacks. Other seasonal activities include an underwater Santa dive, festive feeding sessions and interactive photo opportunities. The Silent Disco is a ticketed experience available on selected nights.
Celebrate A Universal Christmas
A Universal Christmas returns to Universal Studios Singapore with festive displays, a new musical show and character meet-and-greets.
At Hollywood Boulevard, guests can explore Dazzling Dessert Studios, a colourful setting filled with oversized desserts and a 10-metre-tall Confectionery Christmas tree. They can also meet Santa Claus, Mrs Claus and Santa’s sweet-themed characters.
Hello Kitty and Kuromi from Sanrio will make special appearances at Superstar Boutique, giving guests more opportunities for festive photos.
In New York, The North Pole Jingle Jam brings music and Christmas cheer to the park with a new musical show and concert-inspired settings.
The Universal Jingle Jam features Poppy from DreamWorks Animation’s Trolls, Sesame Street characters and Illumination’s Minions. Guests can sing, clap and dance along, with snowfall effects and character meet-and-greets adding to the festive fun.
Enjoy K-pop at Adventure Cove Waterpark
Adventure Cove Waterpark will celebrate the season with K-Wave Christmas, a programme that combines K-pop music with festive activities.
At BluWater Bay, the resident DJ will play popular K-pop songs and Christmas hits while guests enjoy selected poolside activities. Korean-inspired refreshments and seasonal menu items will also be available for families and friends.
